ABOUT ME

I have always thrown myself into new projects and familiarised myself with a wide range of industries. After my career as an officer in the German Armed Forces, I founded a company in Spain. I then concentrated on international projects and the development and optimisation of business units.

In the solar energy sector in Spain, I set up a customer service department and successfully managed it during a period of enormous growth and regulatory change. The success came when the interfaces between operations, IT, finance and controlling functioned smoothly.

I held various management roles at a leading mechanical engineering company in Spain and Germany. I first had to “tidy up” the service department. With a selected core team, we were able to quickly improve productivity and customer satisfaction. As part of takeovers by international groups, transformation and restructuring projects were the order of the day.

Thanks to my knowledge of German and Spanish culture and business mentality, I mediate between headquarters & branches and develop sustainable solutions. As a consultant & Interim Manager, I drive your projects forward.
