Sales are declining despite intensive sales activities. The relationship between regular customers and sales staff is personal and has grown historically. It is rarely possible to win back lost customers or acquire new customers. Historical sales data is incomplete and unstructured.

As your man on site, I accompany the sales team. I analyse the sales and customer structures in depth. Together with my sales colleagues, I develop measures for up-selling and cross-selling. The CRM platforms are updated and adapted to current market and company requirements.
