Some national and international crane projects are getting out of hand both time-wise and financially. The situation between the customers, the local companies, and the headquarters is tense. Verbal agreements were made between the customers and the sales team without sufficiently verifying their feasibility. To make matters worse, there’s a tight schedule for implementation on the power plant construction site.

As your man on site, I review contracts and other agreements with the sales team, customers, suppliers, and headquarters. By using transparent communication, regular site meetings, and follow-ups, the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is improved. Projects can be completed better than expected. At the same time, solid foundations for improved coordination in future projects between internal and external stakeholders have been established.
